I am very excited for my first blog post in the New Year! This is a new year a time for new changes and to try new things. Most people have new year resolutions to start the new year right. I don’t have a resolution but with each new year strive to be better and grow in my relationship with my Lord Jesus. One thing I was reminded of this past Sunday in children’s church, I have been in the children’s ministry for almost 14 years, is to put God first in the new year. In Matthew 6:33 “But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.” (‭ESV‬‬). So here is to a new year.
